Stay fit and healthy through sport
There is no better way to get fit or stay fit than through sport. Exercising, running, cycling, swimming and any other activity is a proven way to enjoy keeping fit, staying in shape and looking after your heart.
At PHP we have several fully trained sports coaches who can help you with your first steps into sport, get back into sport after an injury or even plan for a big event such as a marathon.
They will start with an initial assessment and then advise on a regular regime to gently build you up to whatever challenge you wish to undertake.
