We encourage feedback from our patients following their treatment. We have an iPad accessible in the reception where you can provide this feedback anonymously. This is called ‘friends and family test’ please give 5 minutes of time at the end of your treatment to fill this out.
We also have a suggestion box in the main reception area. This is periodically checked and reviewed so we can discuss/implement any suggestions you might have.

If you have any complaints or concerns about the service you receive, either from a practitioner or one of the staff working in the clinic, please let us know. We operate a clinic complaints procedure and a copy is available from reception.
