Sue Keane is a registered hypnotherapist and Mindfulness practitioner. She works in close partnership with her clients of all ages including children to help them to achieve their aims.
Most people are unaware of how much they are able to affect, modify and control their own behaviour habits and responses. Working together, using tried and tested hypnotherapy techniques she guides her clients to a better quality of life, by helping them to take control of their lives and improve their mental and physical health.
Sue is passionate about helping people to access their own strengths, whether it is by managing their own pain relief, learning how to de-stress quickly and easily, or coping with life’s challenges such as an important interview, or public speaking.
She is a firm believer that by tapping into the amazing power that we all have within ourselves we can all become better, happier and more productive people.
