Build a lean, healthy body with Berti
Berti is an experienced personal trainer who has worked with some of the world’s leading musicians, actors and fashion designers, using a mixture of body-weight training, strength training, animal flow and calisthenics.
His personalised programmes can be used in the gym or at home via Zoom and include:
- Hypertrophy (to increase muscle size, tone and definition),
- Animal Flow (for building endurance, strength, mobility and stability especially in joints)
- Calisthenics (training using your own body weight, including gymnastic elements)
Berti uses a range of equipment in his sessions including TRX, Kettle Bells and Resistance Bands to help you to build a long, lean, healthy body. No session is ever the same and his friendly, convivial manner will help to power you through your sessions and leave you not only with long lasting results but a smile on your face too.
